How to Install etktab software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

etktab software package provides ASCII guitar tab editor, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install etktab

etktab is installed in your system.

Make ensure the etktab package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep etktab *

You will get with etktab package name, version, architecture and description in a table
